The Ranch spans 4 acres and features mango groves, ample field space where tomatoes, chilies, and greens thrive.
We are securely fenced and the entire home is powered by Solar Power. We have a GenSet as a backup. The all-around verandah, provides a charming and relaxing space.
Breakfast on the Lawn: Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast amidst the greenery of the lawn.
Sip Tea Under the shade of two 100-year-old trees—Trust us, it is a serene experience.
Pool Table Room: For leisure and entertainment, there’s a dedicated pool table room.
Our commitment is to serve food prepared from our farm-grown vegetables.

Things to Note
Ranch is not a hotel or a resort. Our home is managed by everyday folks.
1. It is a getaway and provides a near experience of a Farm stay .
2. Food can be ordered - Served what the local consume - External food is not allowed.
3. Please rinse and wash your plates [ dishes] .
4. Guests should check in , park their car, open and close gate by themselves.
5. Please be mindful of the night times. We expect guests to be within the facility by 7pm during their stay. Late night walk-in is discouraged. We usually close the gate by 8 pm .
6. Hot Water - is available through Solar powered Water heater. Should there be a need to switch the geysers on - then the Geysers will be available from morning 7:30 - 8:30 am . Guests are requested to use the hot water facility at this time.
For guests staying over for longer duration , we replace the linen every 3rd day.
Pet food : Upon request Rice and any broth can be provided with charges .Garbage Disposal : There isn't any proper disposal system in the village , therefore please do not bring any disposable plates/spoons etc. If there are plasticware/Bottles that are left behind we shall dispose them for a cost .
Please avoid bringing disposable plates—there’s no garbage disposal system in the village
If you need us to dispose of plastic bottles or covers, a charge of ₹100/day applies
Mosquito nets are available—please ask if needed
Our team retires for the day by 10:00 PM, so we request you to allow our team to rest by that time.

Day 1: Shaded Farm Exploration

2:00 PM: Arrive at RR Ranch . Unpack in your spacious 3-bedroom villa and let your dogs off-leash to run under our shaded mango trees across the 4-acre fully fenced property.

4:00 PM: Dive to the nearby Dr. Vishnuvardhan Smaraka monument (located just minutes away).

6:00 PM: Wind down early. Enjoy a game of pool in the villa while caretaker Roshini prepares a hot, authentic local family-style meal.

Day 2: Majestic View Route

8:30 AM: Early morning drive up the backside of Chamundi Hills for a serene, crowd-free view of Mysore city.

Head out to the breathtaking Chennakesava Temple at Somanathapura—a magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Hoysala marvel renowned for its flawless, intricate stone carvings.

4:00 PM: Return to the ranch to catch the sunset over the mango groves from the open terrace.

Day 3: Onward Journey or drive Kabini Backwaters

9:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at the farm, spend a final off-leash play session with our home guard dog, Coffee, and Head out for water sports at Varuna Lake or visit the iconic Mysore Palace and Karanji Lake.
